Our office is going paperless! We will be sending statements primarily through the patient portal. You should receive an email notification to inform you that a statement has posted to your portal account. You may also receive a text message to notify you about a balance due, which will also allow you to click on a link to pay your balance.
Please help us to reduce paper and postage costs. Make sure you are able to login to your patient portal, and have an updated email address on file with us.
You can also login to your Patient Portal to view your statement. Please note that all statements that have been generated for your account appear on the portal, even if they have already been paid. Each statement represents your patient balance as of the date of the statement, not necessarily your current balance. The “status” shown for each statement also only represents the status as of that particular statement date, not the current status. The “Balance Amount” shown in the section above “Billing Statements” is the current balance on your account.

Insurance
We accept most major insurance plans, including…HMSA, Medicare, HMA, HMAA, UHA.
Clients are responsible for payment of fees not covered by insurance. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
